The awesome kit I used for these lay outs is from Cherie Shields and can be found here. I love this kit...there is so much in it and of course it is mostly pink and black...my favorite color combo! There are so many more lay outs I want to do with this kit, but for now this is all I have time for. Enjoy!!!
